Carbs are not just sweet potatoes, rice, pasta, oatmeal and bread.

Carbs are also broccoli, carrots, spinach, cauliflower, french beans.

Carbs are also present in milk (cow, almond, soy, every variation)

I always cringe when someone says they’re cutting out carbs for good (simple & complex carbs) but you’re still eating fibrous carbs 😅

Learning how to incorporate carbs in your nutrition is always the way to go. Cutting off an entire macronutrient group isn’t. #thrivefitnesske
