Having experienced burn out twice (although Drs don't use the term in medical diagnosis) I think it is about self awareness & work / life balance but more about our long hours culture & the obsession with #presenteeism #busy & giving more and more to people to do.
The first time I suffered with burnout (2014) I heard the word #resilience a million times and that seems to have reached epic proportions now in 2018.

I think this is really dangerous as it suggests all of the work has to be done by the person suffering #burnout.
But I really think we need to look at the root causes, not just "encouraging" people to be more resilient.

It's like saying to these folks we are going to double what you are lifting by giving you steroids but without asking should they be trying to lift that much?
I have achieved a huge amount of relief from my #burnout by working on some subconscious emotional programming aided by the wonderful @CCCTanya using #SpectrumTherapy
Another big shout out to @CCCTanya for the amazing work she and a growing number of others are doing around #spectrumtherapy #spectrumcoaching
