Having experienced burn out twice (although Drs don& #39;t use the term in medical diagnosis) I think it is about self awareness & work / life balance but more about our long hours culture & the obsession with #presenteeism #busy & giving more and more to people to do.
The first time I suffered with burnout (2014) I heard the word #resilience a million times and that seems to have reached epic proportions now in 2018.

I think this is really dangerous as it suggests all of the work has to be done by the person suffering #burnout.
But I really think we need to look at the root causes, not just "encouraging" people to be more resilient.

It& #39;s like saying to these folks we are going to double what you are lifting by giving you steroids but without asking should they be trying to lift that much?
I have achieved a huge amount of relief from my #burnout by working on some subconscious emotional programming aided by the wonderful @CCCTanya using #SpectrumTherapy
Another big shout out to @CCCTanya for the amazing work she and a growing number of others are doing around #spectrumtherapy #spectrumcoaching
