From age 20-60, read this:
1. Mistakes are okay. They are apart of life and important for you to grow

2. Learn to love yourself. There is no 'perfect' being. We are all unique.
3. Embrace change. Change happens, so you need to prepare for good or bad

4. Don't set limits on yourself. You can achieve anything you want in life
5. Stop judging others. Judging others shows the real person you are

6. Always leave your family on good terms.

You never know what can happen to tomorrow. Say 'Love you' before you leave.
7. Ask for help. It's okay to be stuck. But it's not okay to struggle alone

8. Stand up for yourself! Don't let anyone crush you or your goals. You are worth so much!
9. Stop putting pressure on yourself. The Universe will send you in the direction you're meant to go!

10. Seek discomfort! You will grow and become a 'better you'
11. Prioritise your mental and physical health. Your mind and body deserves special attention.

12. Listen more, talk less. You will become so much wiser and respected
13. Life doesn't get easier or more forgiving, you get stronger and more resilient.

14. Be unique. An orginal is worth alot more than a copy.
15. Don't be afraid of failure. You will only learn and become stronger

16. You matter! You are good enough! You are loved!
17. You are more precious to this world than you'll ever know!

18. Life is full of happiness and tears; be strong and have faith.
19. Choose a job you love, and you will never have to work a day in your life.

20. Learn to trust the journey, even if you do not understand it.
