So, I live at an address that Hermes, the courier, quite simply refuses to deliver to. I'm beginning to suspect that the courier has stolen my beer twice now (i understand that a box of beer is very tempting, but I, too, would like to have the beer I bought). ANYWAY. 👇

The answer is: people are mistaking Hermès, the luxury goods company, with Hermes, the UK courier.
ALL OF THESE NEGATIVE REVIEWS are for Hermes UK, the courier, not Hermès, the luxury goods company.
Meanwhile, all the 5 star reviews are by people who presumably like Hermès, the luxury goods company, whose reputation on Trust Pilot is being dragged down by the shittiness of Hermes, the courier.
Anyway, I hope you have enjoyed this extremely low stakes drama involving Hermes, Hermès, Trust Pilot, and the delivery driver who is almost certainly stealing my fucking beer.
