By my reckoning there are 38 local authorities in England and Wales alone that are below 10 cases per 100k per week, so even Independent SAGE think schools there should be open with nothing but the most basic safeguards, and all but 15 are in their amber light zone. #DataNotDates

Even that's based on their absurdly conservative idea that we only catch 1 in 7 of the infections even now (which would equate to at least 30.8 million people having been infected so far). If the safe level is 10 estimated infections per day, that's more like 20 cases/week IMO

If 30.8 million people really have been infected and 33.6 million injected, then even allowing for overlap that's HI territory right? Need to ask their modelling guy.
