Setting the tone means putting the work in prior.
You& #39;ve got to get RESULTS from what you& #39;ve done before being an authority for change.
You can& #39;t TELL PEOPLE what to do, but you can show them WHY they should make changes.

They need direction, and you can lead them - but it all goes back to you making the changes first!

It takes time for them to digest what you& #39;re doing and if they want to buy in.
