How I like to plan my work:

Limit meetings
⇒ Long scheduled work blocks

At end of the work day, plan next day
⇒ Easier to disconnect, be present

Fit the next day& #39;s tasks in calendar
⇒ Forces prioritizing

Plan next week on Friday evening
⇒ Go into weekend with a clear mind
How do I decide what to work on?

1) Identify how I can add singular value

2) Delegate/ignore many other items

3) Create my top 3 goals for month/qtr

4) Make progress towards these goals via weekly & daily plans, using the LNO Effectiveness Frameworkhttps://abs.twimg.com/emoji/v2/... draggable="false" alt="👇🏾" title="Rückhand Zeigefinger nach unten (durchschnittlich dunkler Hautton)" aria-label="Emoji: Rückhand Zeigefinger nach unten (durchschnittlich dunkler Hautton)"> https://twitter.com/shreyas/status/1223816226918453253">https://twitter.com/shreyas/s...
