Interesting enough... I see some pretty big changes already for very little change in body weight!

Noticed some hunger last night for the first time so far

As for progress... I noticeably feel leaner already, despite little change in weight

This week, I lowered my calories. Up 1.5lbs.

You need to TRUST the process during these times!
