1.Modified Janusheershabackashan: good for spines ,low back pain upper body.
2. Shayanpad Sanchalanaan:good for digestion and back
3.Anjaneya Aasan: good for back, quadriceps and hamstrings

4.Ustaraasan: good for spines,knee joints,stomach, body shape
5.Chakrasan: Good for spine, all seven chakras, heart muscles.

6.Natrajaasan :good nervous system, lower extremities, spines.

PS: whatever yogasan you do, it will keep you fit, healthy and in good shape
