Normalizing trash-talking about anyone (people we know/celebs/politicians/etc.) is low vibe & a cop out. It bypasses the work that needs to be done to create any positive change. It won’t help our physical health, emotional health, our love-relationships or our spiritual health.
Holding people accountable and doing what WE believe in is where we actually see results start to happen both inside+outside; and holding people accountable looks a whole lot different than hating on them, blaming them, shaming them, or trash-talking about them. We can do better.
Regular trash-talking builds up inner hatred that we project outward & builds a short-term tribe of people that relate to “complaining without healing” who may eventually trash-talk about us the minute we say/do something that touches a painpoint or is against their held opinions
