How would large RCTs improve evidence’s certainty when prior study limitations will continue to affect evidence
Unless they rely on evidence from sensitivity analysis of high-quality RCTs in future MA

So, would you not use probiotics till then?
It would be long time, probably many years, for us to see large RCTs enrolling ELBW babies and informing us to practice or not
