We need to stop normalising kids being overweight. It might look "cute" in the pictures, but you're setting them up for a life full of struggles. Kids my generation were never this overweight still I see most of them struggling today.

Imagine what's going to happen to YOUR kids!
10-15yrs back, it was rare af to see a 12-14yr old kid who weighs between 80-100kgs or more. Now it's 'normal'.

And it's ok for such morbidly obese kids to be on a calorie deficit. Exercise alone won't get them in a healthy shape. You'll need to take care of their food too.
Stop getting home foods like chocolates, chips, namkeen, biscuits etc just because "bacche hai toh khayenge na".

Bacche hai toh abhi se aadat lagao fruits jaisa kuch snacks ke liye khaane ki.
And while we are at it, if you are a parent, then try to get fit yourself.

Bacche aap hi se seekhenge. Aap double chin leke bacche ko swimming classes lagaoge wo baccha jyada der tak interest nahi dega usme. Get yourself involved in the process. Normalise getting fit!
