new habit: take this time to practice gratitude, journal, meditate, stretch or pray. get connected to self first.
old habit: snacking when not hungry.

what we want: to be distracted.

new habit: meditation, drinking room temp water, eating fruits, picking up a creative hobby, organizing a to-do list, cleaning up our space.
old habit: skipping breakfast.

what we want: sense of control. want to get things done.

new habit: make a quick smoothie, oatmeal, create a solid morning routine, organize yourself the night before.
old habit: spending money on things we don’t need.

what we want: boost of mood. we want to feel better.

new habit: positive money management, save the money, pay attention to what we want to feel better about. do we want intimacy? new friends? new job?
old habit: binging on food/Netflix after work.

what we want: pleasure and relaxation.

new habits: quick 30-minute workout. followed with a calm bath/shower.
