If you're chronically ill and you do freelance or contract work, how do you structure communication and scheduling with clients & subcontractors to be as unstressful as possible for your unpredictable body?
I have no idea for a lot of this stuff, but I am obsessed with just using spreadsheets to track progress as an asynchronous tool that cuts down on SO MANY "status update?" check-ins.

I cannot tell you how much easier this has made my life on many previous occasions.
I also have a lot of email templates now because composing emails is often 10/10 hard for me brain these days.

And I've majorly shifted my communication now that I mostly only email sick people. https://twitter.com/bennessb/status/1232445546004004865?s=19
I mention this in the QT'ed thread, but I use Calendly for booking podcast interviews because it eliminates back & forth emails for scheduling and rescheduling.

Guests book a slot when I'm available. If they feel extra cruddy that day, they can reschedule w/o talking to me.
