Quick and easy ways to energise yourself without caffeine -
1. No fad diets, eat well and clean as per your body goals.
2. Fad diets push weight down by depriving energy and nutritional value
3. Drink water - Most people are dehydrated
4. Sleep at night
5. Make time for an under 15 minute power nap
6. Connect with nature - step outside
7. Right nostril breathing
8. Close your left nostril, and inhale and exhale through your right nostril 15 to 20 times
9. Below your breath - Close your mouth and inhale and exhale rapidly 10 to 15 times with quick short breaths
10. High interval training - Tabata 4 to 8 mins
11. Intermittent, dry, Circadian rhythm fast respectfully for soaring high levels
12. Drop the sugar and refined carbs, fill up on natural foods, good fats and protein
13. Meditate, pray, journal, accept

If you are only dependent on energy from caffeine, Aerated drinks, energy drinks, junk food, you should know that damage you are doing in the long run. The body is meant to run on cellular energy, atp, energy that’s made out of breaking down nutrients and oxygen.
A little caffeine won’t hurt you but if you are dependent on it to wake up, and get through the day, you heading for adrenal fatigue and a whole load of other problems. Respect your body and your health ..It’s everything!
