I agree we need to act now, but this 10pm curfew makes no sense:

Hospitality has been shown to me a small area of transmission in comparison to schools, workplaces, hospitals & care homes.

We have measures in place to prevent transmission such as social distancing & sanitation
We have spaced out arrival and exit times to avoid crowding and now will see guests all leaving together at 10pm.

We're operating at 50-70% capacity and will now reduce further as we lose 2 hours service (or more).

The virus is no more dangerous after 10pm.
Reducing opening hours is likely to force people into their homes in groups, where social distancing is not controlled, people have less inhibitions and cannot be monitored.

Jobs will be lost. Businesses will fail. People will suffer.
This makes no sense to me and as always, we're given little notice to sort it. I'm likely to lose half my bookings for the week now. My suppliers will suffer, my staff will suffer, my business will suffer.

I'm angry and upset.
