just stop baking sourdough and replying to Trump and spend a few seconds saying hi to your emotions
if you all hate student loan collectors wait until you hear about how emotions will keep calling your ass until you pick up
just acknowledge the feelings! give them names. "oh, hi anger." "sadness? you again!" "rejection: we have to stop meeting this way." once you respond to them and show them you saw them, they move on. unlike the sourdough which will give you constipation.
this is not coming from a place of judgment, it's more coming from a place of considering me your emotions' lawyer. i am their advocate. go talk to them. they want to have a word with you. we have so many feelings right now! just acknowledge one or two for fun.
