Ok I read an article that said you shouldn’t drink too much water and your body (thirst) must guide your water intake. Your pee must be pale yellow. Not clear, not dark yellow. And if you are drinking too much water you must replenish your electrolytes.
It also stated that if you are waking up in the middle of your sleep to pee, you’re drinking too much water 👁
I got into researching this water thing because at some point I was drinking 3l a day and honestly as people who are into fitness and wellness siyabaxa man sometimes. Akho need for loomikhuba 😩
