So! For ??? reasons I’ve had irregular periods my whole life (gaps between cycles reaching up to 10 mos) BUT for the last year(!) I’ve had a consistent cycle. This means I’ve been able to track my period, and symptoms, for the first time ever at 33. I have a question...
...and I’m kind of embarrassed to ask because I feel like I should know my body better than this, but...what do you DO for PMS? This is my first time being able to predict it coming on, and like...can I make this better for myself? Are my only options really OTC meds?
