RESET YOUR GUT BY FOLLOWING 3 STEPS

Your gut health is a reflection of your overall health,

And especially your mental health.

And most people are suffering from gut issues.

Let's begin.
Step 1: Killing the bad bacteria

As you know, our gut is a host of billions of bacteria.

And not every bacteria is good.

There are bad ones and good ones.

And if bad ones are more than good ones due to eating poorly,

There will be problems

However...
There is one thing you need to know about bad bacteria.

Which is they are more sensitive to not eating than good bacteria.

They die sooner than good ones if you don't eat.

And that's where the fasting comes in.
You need to starve the bad bacteria in order to kill them.

And you can do this by fasting.

Good bacteria won't die because they are stronger.

Which fasting method should you do?
-Alternate Day Fasting

What is it?

You fast every other day.

24 hours on and 24 hours off.

For example,

You eat your last meal on Monday at 8 pm, you will fast until Tuesday at 8 pm.

Then you can eat between Tuesday at 8 pm and Wednesday at 8 pm.

Then you fast again.
Do this for a week.

If you don't want to continue that's fine.

But do this at least for a week.

And my friend,

DON'T EAT JUNK FOODS DURING THIS TIME.

Remember, you're feeding bad bacteria by eating junks.

Avoid them during this protocol.
Alright, we killed the bad bacteria.

Now, it's time to regenerate your gut and grow new and fresh cells.

How are we going to that?
Step 2: Regenerating gut and producing new and fresh cells

You're going to do that, ketones are going to do that.

But first, you need to know a little about stem cells.

Think of them like baby new cells.

They will grow and replace your old gut cells.
You will have a fresh gut.

And ketones increase the production of these stem cells.

So, I'm going to ask you to do keto for 1-2 weeks

If you can't do keto, at least lower your carbs.

You can fast during this time too if you want.

But there are a couple of rules.
-Don't eat junk foods
-Don't eat sugar
-Don't consume omega 6 ( IMPORTANT!)
-Eat good and clean
-Eat healthy fats like ghee, butter, coconut oil, etc.
-Eat grass fed meat
-Don't eat chicken, It's full of omega 6.

It's very important to stay away from omega 6...
All your efforts would be pointless if you consume omega 6.

Alright, we killed bad bacteria and regenerated our gut.

So, it's time to grow our good bacteria friends.

Here's the last step...
Step 3: Growing the good bacteria

Bad and good bacteria have different eating habits.

The bad bacteria feast on sugar.

The good bacteria feast on short-chain fatty acids (Butyrate).

In order to grow good ones, we must feed them, right?

How?
The answer is PREBIOTICS.

Feed them with prebiotics for 1-2 weeks such as:

-Artichoke
-Asparagus
-Garlic
-Onion
-Leeks
-Seaweed
-Chicory Root

Of course, you can eat prebiotics anytime.

But increase the amounts during this time.
Lastly, I want to remind you what should you avoid during this time:

-Vegetable oils
-Seed oils
-Any omega 6 sources
-Gluten
-Junk foods
-Sugar
-Grains(Gluten)

Avoid them at all costs.

You can avoid them after finishing this too, of course.
