Yes, the older you get, the more of an uphill battle fitness becomes

But don& #39;t try telling me it& #39;s not possible

It& #39;s possible at ANY age

And to prove it to you...

I& #39;ve compiled a list of inspirational people who are killing it

I& #39;m not centring these people out because they& #39;re "old"

I am because they are OUTLIERS

They broke free from the norm

And they deserve to be recognized for their efforts to help others

Without further adieu

First, @Mangan150

P.D. is an absolute stud. No other way to put it.

Peep his header picture...

He owns http://RogueHealthandFitness.com"> http://RogueHealthandFitness.com , a science-based health and fitness company

He is 65 years old, yet I wouldn& #39;t push him past 45.

And he can probably out lift you, too.
Second, @ThePrimalMan

Chris is 42 years old in a 25 year old body. He owns http://ThePrimalMan.com"> http://ThePrimalMan.com

Absolutely jacked.

Peep his header picture.

"Get ripped, get strong, be healthy, at ANY age"

It& #39;s still an ongoing joke on here that Chris is going to look great at 42...
Next, @_CynthiaThurlow

Cynthia was hospitalized late last year & has made a remarkable recovery

She& #39;s now in the best shape of her life for her, her husband & her children

Cynthia was previously a vegan, but now owns http://CynthiaThurlow.com"> http://CynthiaThurlow.com  which empowers women to be healthy
Next, @ChrisTauber11

I look up to Chris a lot on here.
He owns http://TheIronForged.com"> http://TheIronForged.com

Chris is in his 60s and was born with one functional hand, and LOOK AT HIM.

Absolutely blown away by Chris and his work ethic.

I don& #39;t want to hear your bullshit excuses.
Next, @Hormetik

Matias was "overweight, weak and depressed in his 30s"

Now, in his 40s, he& #39;s undone much of the previous damage he had caused himself, both mentally and physically

And he& #39;s also in the best shape of his life.

Matias is a perfect example of aging in reverse.
Lastly, is @FitzgeraldSTA

Shane is another perfect example of aging in reverse.

Now into his 40s, he looks and feels better than ever

He is setting a great example for his young children, too.

He goes by the saying "resistance training is for everyone!"

Because... it is!
Everyone on this list deserves a round of applause

AND a follow.

Why?

Because they defied societal expectations of slowly aging and shrivelling up into "old and weak" people

They took control, took initiative, and built muscle to promote longevity.
I don& #39;t want to hear anymore of

"I& #39;m too old to workout"

You need to take the leap of faith & just do it.

With the proper guidance and training knowledge, I promise you it& #39;ll be the best decision you& #39;ll ever make

Age is just a number, not a limit.
Last addition to this list... how could I forget

@FitFounder is another PRIME example.

Peep his pinned tweet.

He& #39;s now in the best shape of his life and a great role model for his young daughter.

I salute and look up to you too, Dan!
