IT’S GO TIME!! THESE MAMAS NEED THIS MONEY!! They have been fighting for care for themselves and their kids all alone, until now. Let's show our most vulnerable Hyp+ community members what this community is capable of!!
#CareAccess
They need $ for visits to the specialists that can actually help them, for braces, mobility aids, and electrolyte supplements, for physical therapy and alternative symptom management, for their kids’ care & support in school, and for so much more!!
Many of these resources are privileges that most non-disabled and most white middle-class Hypermobile people take for granted.
We ask you to donate more if: you have an #EDS DX, you're ok with rent & food, you have medical insurance that allows you to see specialists... (1/2)
You can afford your medications, you can afford travel to and from practitioners & treatments, you are white, you are thin, you are employed/have steady income, you have support from family. (2/2)

1st image: a carpet of intricate violet mandalas and solid fuschia is laid down, then covered almost fully in white cloth. Care Access for Disabled Single Parents is embroidered in fuschia, lime, and orange thread. A sunflower looks down over the cloth and can make out.. (1/2)
a pink stargazer lily and when their faces meet they extend to one another recognition or anything else because they have seen it all. They have seen it all and they see one another and they see one another seeing it all right in front of themselves. (2/2)
2nd image: Interlocking violet whorls float in two rows on a body of water that lines the left side of an open pink lot. There is a sign at the front of the lot reading DONATION GUIDE, Consider Paying More If and below these are empty cars parked in spaces. (1/4)
The different cars are playing radio stations, each one a holler, a repeating phrase heard through an open window: you have an EDS diagnosis; you are okay with rent and food; you have medical insurance; you have insurance that allows you to see specialists somewhat easily; (2/4)
you can afford your medications; you can travel to and from practitioners & treatment; you are white; you are thin; you are employed/have steady income; you have support from family. People from all over run to the pink lot with the loud cars and get inside of them... (3/4)
The cars have gotten the peoples’ attention and they sigh relief from their mufflers. (4/4)
3rd image: There is a square black table and purple patterned motion below it, then a pink protrusion. The black table has been tirelessly set and is waiting for bodies to eat from it. There is an announcement that reads Become a Community Campaigner!... (1/4)
and there are several small bowls, each reading Different Ways to Help. There are five filled bowls on the table and the contents of them are as follows: repost from our feed; ask yourself and your followers to donate as much as you can; (2/4)
commit to reaching out to x number of people a week to ask directly for donations; get campaign media, info, and image descriptions through our link tree; and dm or email us to get more involved... (3/4)
Below is a message from friends lit in pink neon and it reads @hyp_access. The food in the bowls is ready and has been for some time. (4/4)
