Few things I learnt in this lockdown which should be an eye opener
1) For last five months have eaten all so called ‘trash’ food during lockdown but everything made at home. Earlier we used to eat at least two meals a week outside. We have consumed more maida than last 5 years
2) Everyone at home has lost weight despite that. No one every complained of acidity or loose motion etc.
3) Dad usually had to go to his physician for some complaint or other every month. Not once he needed his physician. Most of the problems may be psychological.
4) As outside gardener not allowed so we have been watering plant ourselves. The lawn and garden had never been this green, lush and beautiful.
5) Expenses are down to 30% which means most of the money earned earlier was spent to show off and on lifestyle.
6) Have been consistent with workout. To have a fit body all those low carb drama is useless. You need that level of fine tuning only if u r working for a gold medal. For a regular life eat proteins and veggies every meal. Avoid sugars Just be consistent and with a plan and goal.
