I don't know about the rest of you, but I'm a big fan of the charcuterie board because it's filling af and buying a cheap selection of meats, cheeses, bread and fruit can cover quite a few meals for me.

also I don't have to cook anything on a charcuterie board, so it's really easy if I don't have the energy. If you're good at assembling a plate, cheese/charcuterie/a bit of bread/olives looks really decadent, but those foods are relatively cheap, filling, and stretch a few meals.
