Can we talk about ableist dog whistles for a sec?

Are there any terms or phrases that you hear and immediately think "oh this person is ableist/does not think chronic illness is real"?

Some adjectives that immediately get my back up these days:

sensitive, lazy, high maintenance, crazy, dramatic, needy, unmotivated, picky eater, particular

Honestly the worst thing now is hearing descriptions of like acquaintances-of-acquaintances who are so obviously chronically ill but the person doing the describing obviously doesn't know and I just want to yell at everyone all of the time?

It's like watching Grace & Frankie and not being able to stand up for Allison, but in real life.
