I thought about it for a minute, and I think I& #39;m warmer than most people. I know human beings are warm, or are supposed to be, but I feel like everyone else is not as warm as I am. And here& #39;s why.
Cold stuff hurts my skin. I can& #39;t bathe with cold water (even on hot days) because it& #39;s painful. Not in a dramatic or literal sense, but in the same way having your plate of food fall down when you& #39;re hungry is. Also, maybe in a literal sense as well. Because it makes me wince.
And my body doesn& #39;t really get used to the temperature before the bath is over. It& #39;s uncomfortable throughout, up until the point where I dry myself. Best case scenario. My arm just touched a cold wall, and that& #39;s where this thread is coming from.
I knew my arm was going to touch the wall, and I didn& #39;t stop it. What I did was wince in anticipation. The wall wasn& #39;t even that cold, and I knew it will only feel that cold for a second or two, but that didn& #39;t change much. And I thought that was weird.
I think the only part of my body I can tolerate cold stuff on is the part of my arms below my elbows, and my head. Then again, I like the harmattan season. Not the dryness, or hot afternoons, I like the cool nights.
