How to help someone who is having a panic attack/mental breakdown:
1. Stay with the person and try to distract them (eg. Make them laugh)
2. If you are in a busy environment, move away from the action.
3. Offer medicine if the person usually takes it during an attack.
4. Don’t make assumptions about what the person needs. Ask.
