When I was 16 I worked weekend/holidays to earn money. I did not have time/cash to intern/volunteer. If u r in same position, create a digital self, curate your own content & engage digitally with scientists/museums/sci orgs to link & promote yourself. #inclusion
Our exp as BAME Geoscientists r different. We face unseen barriers, cultural assumptions, perhaps family prejudice. Accessing/creating content 4 SM means you can take power & harness your passion, knowledge and link to orgs that you may feel isolated from. They will welcome you!
