Yeah yeah yeah, I get it, YOU didn't start it. And absolutely nobody is saying you did. But you can't deny the advantages we have that result from it, or that cultural perceptions are baked into us as a result of it, and that we have an obligation to change shit and understand.

It doesn't have to be some massive thing. It can be as simple as listening to the people who are affected by it and understanding where they are coming from and what they're actually saying, and committing to being more mindful and pushing for measures that recognize this.
