10 Reasons Lifting Is Non-Negotiable

I've said for years that:

- Fitness
- Finances

Are your two life baselines.

Finances are obvious (hopefully), especially during crises.

But today, I'll talk about a critical component of fitness - lifting.

*THREAD* 👇
1. LIFTING IS ALWAYS THERE FOR YOU

People come and go.

But lifting is always there as a confidence-builder and a powerful form of self-improvement, no matter what happens.

Whether it's relationships, career, family etc.

Training is always there.
2. IT WILL MAKE YOU STAND OUT

As a man, the competition gets weaker.

Which opens up opportunities for you, if you're willing to do the work.

This directly applies to finances too btw.

Not only will you gain more muscle, you'll also improve your overall mindset.....
3. IT WILL MAKE YOU MENTALLY TOUGHER

Gruelling through each workout regardless of your FEELINGS, will make you mentally tougher than 90% of other men.

This 'grit', or 'toughness', literally carries over into everything you do.

People who are tough DO NOT get depressed.
4. TESTOSTERONE IS ON THE DECLINE

It's true that your Grandpa had higher testosterone than you as a young man.

Why?

There's many reasons, but all I will say is that lifting (and fighting too) are both great ways to reduce the damage and potentially reverse it.
5. YOU WILL ENJOY YOUR LATER YEARS IN LIFE

Muscle loss is the biggest aging accelerator.

Whereas if you lift & stay strong, you'll be able to keep up with the family, travel, have sex, and enjoy life.

Rather than being reliant on the NHS or unable to pay for health expenses.
6. YOU WILL LOOK BETTER THAN MOST MEN YOUR AGE

And here's the thing:

It's easier than ever to do.

Extra 20 pounds of muscle?

Top 10%.

Extra 30 pounds of muscle?

Top 1%.

ESPECIALLY IF YOU'RE A LOW BODY FAT %.
While most men are getting fat and complacent, you should be going the other way and INCREASING your options (which is exactly what improving your appearance does).

This is very powerful as a man.

Hot birds KNOW they have options.

Often, men don't have a clue.
7. YOU AVOID BEING CONTROLLED

This is more relevant now than ever.

The media (and all politicians) are wielding MASSIVE control over the masses, because most people are sheep.

We see it during crises more than ever.

Because FEAR makes you easy to control.
Now, I'm not saying that lifting makes you fearless.

But I am saying that it makes you more likely to be able to think for yourself.

More muscle, less cortisol, clearer thinking.
8. YOU RELEASE STRESS APPROPRIATELY

Show me a guy who's angry all the time, and I'll show you a guy who wastes time on useless shit, and doesn't spend enough time TRAINING.
9. TAKING CARE OF YOUR DIET BECOMES MUCH EASIER

You've been working so hard in the gym, so you can't bear to see all your efforts and all those grinding sets go to waste, right?

Gaining muscle but also gaining fat?

Not good.

You want your diet to SUPPORT your training.
10. YOU TAKE CONTROL OF YOUR OWN LIFE

Sick of being told what to do?

Taking control of your body will show you how YOU are in control, and how YOU have the power to ultimately take the drivers seat in your own life.

You can do it.
It's time to:

- Gain more muscle
- Improve your mental toughness
- Become more attractive
- Take control over your life
