Remember: if it says, “part wolf” or “wolf-hybrid”, you don’t want it!

I know it seems cool as hell!
I know several!

But they legally cannot be vaccinated and that means a veterinarian won’t be able to treat them unless you lie to the veterinarian or they are a wildlife vet!
If your veterinarian vaccinated your “Wolf” for rabies in particular, your dog is not part wolf, it is just a kind of shepherd or husky that looks cool
Some veterinarians will of course still treat unvaccinated animals, but it puts every one of their animal patients at risk to do so.

And if your wolf bites anyone, its head will be cut off. This is real. This is serious. Its head will be cut off and sent to a lab because wolves
cannot have the rabies vaccine, according to laws. So if your cool wolf tries to protect you or gets a little bit possessive over its food with you, it will die.

We should be leaving wolves in the wild and dogs domesticated and not encouraging them to mix unless we are
scientists who are allowed to breed them and are doing so for a good reason, and not to sell them.
If your friend has a dog they claim is part wolf, you should probably check to make sure it has a rabies vaccination (and if it does, then you know it’s not part wolf) for your own safety as rabies is not curable.

Also, if you have a dog that is not vaccinated, that is your
choice but it is not allowed in a dog park and you should not be bringing it there and you should not be allowing it to interact with other dogs or other animals outside on walks!
Too many people assume their dog is part wolf because it “talks” and “sings” and looks scary. That’s just a type of dog, friend. I have only seen two dogs before where I was like oh damn yes that...is a wolf and they do not make good pets!
