Tell me something about your body that does not phase you at all but that healthy people always balk at.
I think for me it's the way I melt sometimes.

That's how I described it before I understood any of the physiology, but it's usually an autonomic thing where my body has decided that any sort of verticality is Not Happening.

It's disconcerting for people to see in real time.
A much subtler thing is the birthmark/skin condition on my face, which was proportionally much larger when I was a kid and so it was my first encounter with strangers feeling entitled to comment on my body.

A lot of people asked a prepubescent me if it was a hickey. 😕
I just went looking for a picture that shows my birthmark and mostly I found various pictures meant to document my mysterious hives, so there's that too.

I wouldn't say I'm totally unphased, but I do usually find that people around me are more worried than I am.
Anyway here is my birthmark (tried to remove because childhood doc says it was a cancer risk, removal didn't take) and my industrial (fainted on the sidewalk after long rest in the waiting area after piercing) and my bedhead (relatively tame atm).
