i was never conscious why job postings emphasized "must be able to lift 20 lbs" for office jobs til someone pointed out it's a tactic to discriminate against disabled people now it's all i see

the same postings will also say they're "equal opportunity employers" lol if you see that shit i encourage y'all to call them out
