Our perception of events and things as either good or mad are what cultivates the meanings.

The key is to remain calm in situations and donât allow yourself to feel any fear. If we can act with nerves of steel, we are going to be in best situation to tackle the reality of the situations. Nerves are only going to get in the way and cloud your judgement, make things worst
