Has anybody ever told you "that can& #39;t be right" when you told them about your difficulties navigating healthcare/benefits/etc?
it& #39;s so pervasive. Like:
me in 2017: most days I can& #39;t stop shaking and I can barely walk, but my doctor says that everything looks fine and she has no further questions.
everyone: that... can& #39;t be right.

But our faith in the medical system is developed in such a way that most people think that we, the patients, are the ones who are mistaken.
Most people mean "you must be misrepresenting your situation or misrepresenting what that trusted professional said to you."
