QUARANTINE STRENGTH/MUSCLE

Our training adaptations are reversible. If we detrain completely for long periods, we can expect that they’ll go away at increasing rates.

Upon starting lifting again, humans seem to regain losses very quickly.

A few other things to consider:
For both hypertrophy and strength, lower volumes/frequencies are enough to maintain the majority of our adaptations.

You're not gonna lose ALL your gains, even if you feel relatively weak and skinny atm. A lot of this gets regained quickly upon lifting properly. Don't worry...
For those focused on strength, without the ability to lift truly heavy weights you can expect to lose SOME strength on the top end.

For hypertrophy seekers, it can be beneficial to do higher than the minimum necessary volumes if you are training with limited loads/equipment.
If you've had a decreased volume of training (all of us right now), it is in your ABSOLUTE BEST interest to slowly reintroduce volume/training once gyms open again.

This will certainly reduce your risk of injury, and improve gains in the short/long term.
If you go straight back into the 6 days a week high volume PPL routine you are used to , you'll end up hurting yourself, or at the very least will experience joint pain and overall nervous system stress

Make sure to focus on recovery more, + remember its a marathon not a sprint
