One thing about Sweden is they&
#39;re not doing that much testing. It&
#39;s not **awful**, but it&
#39;s pretty bad; slightly lower testing rates per capita than the US. It seems hard to know how well your unusually lax strategy is working if you aren&
#39;t really testing people.
Related to this: so many parameters about COVID-19 are so uncertain that societies don&
#39;t really know what trade-offs they&
#39;re making. An underrated reason to have done/keep doing social distancing is simply to have more time to collect more data and evaluate evidence.
