In the next 24 hours ill do the following :

1. 500 pushups
2. 10 minutes of plank
3. 10,000 steps
4. Drink 5 litres of water
5. No junk food ( except a few candy bars 😅)

Update 3: the day ended by me completing 3.5/5 tasks.

This made me realise that we should put forward realistic goals for ourselves. Lesson learned!

Update 4: PLANKS ARE UNDERRATED!

I do plank rarely but here you can see how many breaks i took for the 10 minutes of planking. Totally worth it!

Update 5 : People think that drinking water is easy but today I realised that it’s really tough to have 5litres/1.3ish gallons of water in a day.

Have never felt this hydrated in my life!
