I have a huge problem with procrastination. If I have eight personal tasks to do, I will obsess over all eight at once, feel overwhelmed, and not do a single one. This could go on for months.
The only tasks I complete on time are the ones that involve other people/external factors. I would rather disappoint myself than someone/something that depends on me.
Anyway, I'm learning to take things much slower. It seems slower, but it's much faster. I can set aside an entire day for a simple thing that will take 5 minutes to do. Once I get it done, while life may still not be good, it will be better.
