For those who aren't on my mailing list, I thought I'd post an index of the math support emails I've been writing over the past few weeks.
The first was on dice games to play at home, with ideas for each elementary grade K - 5. A lot of these are playable for middle and high schoolers too!

The second followed up with pencil and paper games. It included some lesser known games, including one I invented (Angels and Demons)

The third was a brief summary of some of the free resources that came available as the coronavirus crisis began.

The fourth shared a series of motivating, engaging, and unusual subtraction problems.

The fifth gave ideas for movement related math activities, especially good for younger kids.

The sixth directed folks to @KentHaines marvelous newsletter, for ideas about making your own #TinyPolkaDot deck, and more great games to play with it.

The seventh shared a math/art project idea: star polygons.

The eighth had an essay and a video about advice for having productive math conversations at home.
The ninth had the #mathwalk challenge, another art project idea, wherein you chalk your sidewalk with your favorite math problems!

With a hat tip to @traciteacher
And that's where we are! I'm hoping to have more soon, including videos on understanding operations (+,-,x,÷), and other things I imagine parents want to know.
Speaking of, if you're a parent and you want to know something, please send me your questions. If I can, I'll write something or make a video or try to help somehow. Chances are, if you have a question, a lot of other people have that same question.

And! If you want to get on my mailing list, you can do that here.

I'll be trying to send out more support emails as long as kids are home from school.
