Once a day there'll be some headline about an expert or public official saying social distancing may have to last 12-18 months to beat COVID-19, and man they may as well just say that we'll all have to move to Jupiter. There is 0% chance we can keep this up even through summer.

We'll make it through April, if asked to do it through May you'll see some loosening regardless of what the rules say. By June most states will have buckled and allowed businesses to re-open as long as they take some kind of precautions as a show (masks, sanitizer).

So pray that we have widespread testing and good treatments in place by July, because most cities are going to have their restaurants and clothing stores and tourist traps back open by then. And even that will be stretching it to the absolute breaking point.
