Another point on this "died with COVID" or "died from COVID" - this isn't fucking Law & Order. You're not trying to determine if the death was from a gunshot or poison. You think respiratory failures can be easily separated into "FROM coronavirus" and "WITH coronavirus"?

"This 65 year old man with COVID died from respiratory distress."
"Was it the virus that killed him?"
"He had preexisting conditions so maybe not?"
"OK but mark it as a COVID death. Otherwise the economy would have to start back up and we don't want that."
