..a 500page book, to start a business, to be a newspaper owner, to be a farmer, on and on.

Life is not a gym, it is faaaar more demanding - I know some people go to the gym to avoid real life, the gym is the only thing they can control.

I'm not knocking...
..strength, or being strong - it's great asset.

The idea that training somehow develops mental strength IMO is incorrect; 1/ It doesn't transfer to other areas 2/ The 'mental strength' fuels the training, not the other way.
