Digital strategies could make this fairly easy to do. Lots of apps being developed now for this purpose.
Until then, we have a lot of people who are currently out of work who could be employed in this effort. Is it so difficult to train them?

Ideally we can get to a point where testing is so widespread that everyone can access testing to pick up those pre-symptomatics, but even then, wouldn’t we still make an extra effort for those known to be at greatest risk?
