Concerns for when we return.....

What will happen to accountability given Yr 5/10/12 will have missed huge chunks of time that cannot be made up for by online/distance learning. Surely 2021s accountability metrics need revising

What of accountability around attendance when we come back? Given the virus will still be there (I imagine) then every time a pupil/member of staff coughs they’ll have to isolate for a length of time. This will tear attendance apart. Also it will impact on results.

Will there be additional funding for cover & a recognition that staffing bodies could be hugely disrupted....which impacts on everything

Will Ofsted resume a business as usual approach or actually allow us all to settle back in. There will be a need for face to face training with staff. To recalibrate pupils/cultures.

Also it’s intriguing to see articles coming out about how positively accurate teacher predictions are all of a sudden .......
