The same way you exercise self control in other things is the same way you should exercise self control when it comes to eating. Please stop binge eating like the world is coming to an end.
You tend to eat more when you’re engaged in activities like watching a movie or engaging in conversations; this is because your mind isn’t registering that food is going in because it’s engaged.
This isn’t an opportunity to panic buy and panic eat, especially if you’re being sedentary( no physical activity). Your body will take the fall for it eventually. Portion your meals, exercise, stop snacking all the time. You’re bored, not hungry.
So, as hard as this is (trust me I know) try as much as possible to eat without any visual entertainment. You also don’t need second rounds of food, one is enough; Also stuff your meals with enough veggies and protein (they increases satiety) do you’re kept full longer.
Drink enough water and please exercise. Any form of physical activity; jog around your compound, jumping jacks, walk around the house. Just move okay? Alright, please take care of bodies and please stay at home and wash your hands.
