Going to keep myself busy during isolation by doing a little photography/cooking project. It's nothing fancy, just going to show you ingredients I use and the outcome. Starting off with a simple fried egg & avocado sandwich, with the amazing bread from Millers Bespoke Bakery.

Today's creation was a delight to do. Here is a pork belly ramen. I went with dry ramen rather than having a broth and it worked pretty well. Plenty of veg to complement the dish too. Though I over did the egg a bit. Still, pretty tasty. Nom! #homecooking #foodie

Here's the chocolate brownies I made this weekend. I may have got the measurements wrong for the baking powder so it rose like a balloon, lol. So I had to flatten it. Also the Reeses peanut butter cups melted into oblivion. Anywho... it still tastes great. #LockdownCooking
