I sometimes think about the crazy casting decisions I'd make if I became famous and made my own films. Like....I'd cast Charlie from Casualty in a 3-line part, maybe doing a crazy accent. Just so British people would see it and go "was that...was that Charlie from Casualty?".

Beginning of a scene panning through an office and the first person we see, just for 3 seconds answering a phone: Tracey from EastEnders.

I just want to see a cop arrest Robert De Niro in a movie and we literally only see the cop when they arrest De Niro's character and the cop is played by Adam Woodyatt.

And Woodyatt's cop is Northern and De Niro calls him a c-word.

Picture this: in a film George Clooney cheats on his wife with a random woman in a bar. Literally the woman says "hi" and then we smash cut to Clooney getting out of bed when she's asleep, shame-faced. That's the last we see of that woman.

That woman is played by: Lacey Turner.

She's doing a flawless American accent and the film is fully ruined for 10 minutes in every UK cinema coz everyone's just like "I swear that was Stacey Slater", it would be amazing.

There's a bit later when the walls of Clooney's character's various sins are coming back to get him, destroying his life, and the Lacey Turner character calls him on the phone but we don't see/hear her, we just hear Clooney yelling on the phone. But we'd ALL picture Lacey Turner!

Right, here's one for you: Meryl Streep is a woman who finds a new lease of life at 65 and at the beginning of the film she is married to an surly man not worthy of her and he DIES in the opening 8 minutes of the film.

THAT MAN IS STEVE MCFADDEN!

And honestly I would watch this movie, im fckn writing it.

Huge Marvel movie, Dr Sillyboy vs Batguy or something, I dunno. Anyway, in the lab Dr S is building a megabomb and he tells one of his lab assistants to get something and the lab asst goes "of course, sir". AND IT'S JAKE WOOD AKA MAX BRANNING.
