My Grandpa is 70 years old and is still pure muscle.

Abs probably more solid & defined than mine.

Hits 100+ paused pushups straight daily.

Shit, I can’t even do 100 straight.

Dude is the definition of “Alpha”.

I always tell him to write a book.

(Story vvv)
Quite a few people always ask how I’m so driven, athletic, “manly”, etc.

ITS IN THE BLOODLINE.

Training also.
He raised my mom, aunts & uncles in the deep country of Jamaica.

Police nowhere in sight, no stores for hours, etc.
How did they survive?

LIVING OFF OF THE LAND.

He raised animals & fed the family and butchered the rest to sell for profit.

Particularly Brahmin Bulls:
He also had a solid collection of some of the best horses known to man.

What’s the difference?

He caught them wild, by himself.

Catching bulls is one thing... but catching a horse?

GAINZ.
They ate fresh meats and the BEST PART: fresh raw milk & eggs.

This diet mixed with such a genetic code is a GLITCH.
Clearly, he was an animal guy...

Brings me to a story of a dog that was CRAZY aggressive and no one in the city would ever even go near it.

However, he saw it and fell in love. The dog would bite everyone that went near it.

He ended up unchaining the dog & taking it home...
Without a scratch.
Another story, my mother was walking home one day when a kid from school hit her with a rock. Of course, she ran home crying.

Grandpa was pretty much the “El Chapo” of the country & knew everyone and where they lived.

He went to the boys house and knocked...
The boys father answered the door and my grandfather walked right passed him...

Dragged the kid from out of HIS DADS HOME...

And beat the kids ass... in front of his dad.

The kids dad couldn’t do shit.
Fast forward...

They move to America for a “better life”

He always tells me that he regrets leaving.

Grandpa is living with my (single) mother.

*LUCKY ME*
As a youngster I was always with him and my uncle... BOTH are G’s. Same ALPHA energy.

They wouldn’t let me hang around my mom and sister for too long because I would “get soft”
Grandpa would watch me during the day while my mother and sister were gone... we would watch old westerns, James Bond’s, CHUCK NORRIS was my favorite.
We would walk late at night around the streets (pretty rural area).

Shit was pretty scary, but this guy held frame 25/8.

I watched him closely.

*Developed a frame. No longer scared of shit*
One night we were watching wrestling and I tried one of the moves on him (had to be around 6/7 y/o).

He would grab me and intentionally give me a harder than necessary “noogie” and hurt me just enough.

I would get so scared of it and run upstairs and go hide with my mom.
Everytime I ran away, he would say: “Galong (go ahead in patois) and run to your mother, like a baby!”

I was scared, but MAD @ the same time.

My mother would of course comfort and tell me not to go back... as mothers are meant to.
Then I thought, oh shit... he’s bleeding! He’s definitely going to beat my ass now!

SURPRISINGLY,

He starts laughing and praising me.

????????

What kind of psychopath?

Then I learned,

*NEVER RUN FROM YOUR PROBLEMS, DESTROY THEM*
Few years later, I get a bike.

We would always sit outside, he watched me struggle to ride the bike and didn’t help.

He sat there with me all day and made sure I stuck to it.

It took me from about 3pm-7pm, I learned & I was a “pro”

Then I busted my ass and scraped my knee.
Was 2 seconds away from the verge of tears and was going to start bawling.

He said, “Hush.”

All of that weak emotion left my body... no tears.

He took me inside to bandage it up...

I’m thinking I’m getting antibiotic cream and a bandage.

NOPE.

PURE rubbing alcohol.
I don’t think I’ve ever felt something BURN as bad as that did. Any pain I’ve experience after that hasn’t been anywhere NEAR.

*LEARNED TO TOLERATE PAIN/STRESS/ETC.*
Then, he desides he missed the farm life in the country and decided to move back.

Here I was, 10/11 years old... SOLID AS A ROCK.

Being the only “man” in the house, I had to step up to the plate and TAKE CONTROL.

Everything he taught me allowed me to become a KING.
