He should throw parties for his cats. Refuse to hang out with the MIL anywhere but cat cafes. Only wear shirts with cats on them. Meow instead of speaking

Like in all seriousness it is 1 billion percent ok to not like dogs and I hate how people assume you need like an intervention if you don't unconditionally love dogs
